If you have received the wrong product/s or your order is damaged, please email support@dfine8.com with the following details included:

- Your full name

- Order number that was on your confirmation email

- Attach any relevant photos and receipt included in your parcel

Upon receiving your email, our Customer Service Team will assist and contact you as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

You will receive your initial confirmation email to verify that your order has been received by the DFine8.com Online Store. Once the order has been processed and dispatched on the first available business day (Monday-Friday), you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Please ensure you check your Junk Mail or Spam Folder if you have not received your tracking email.

Any returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. All products must be unopened with unbroken seals and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund. Any apparel items that are returned will only be eligible for an exchange or D-Fine8 store credit. If interested in a return, please contact a support specialist at support@dfine8.com and they can guide you with specific instructions to your order and refund.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  The e-mail will contain the shipping & tracking information associated with your order.  Processing generally takes 1 business day.

Domestic orders are delivered via USPS (United States Postal Service)  in usually 2-7 business days. International shipments are delivered via USPS (United States Postal Service) in 5-10 business days; expected delivery time with customs and shipping times, can be an additional 2-21 business days, depending on your country and customs regulations.  You may choose other options for shipping at checkout, and delivery times are shown with the options.

The shipping amount that we charge is solely for the shipping method. Each country's regulations are different, and you may get charged duties or custom fees depending on your country.  D-Fine8 Supplements is not responsible for any duties or custom fees imposed by the recipient's country.

Most orders arrive within 1-5 business days depending on the following:

- Your order has been placed before 4pm (EST) Monday-Friday (excluding Saturdays & Sundays, sale days & public holidays)

- Orders may take longer during the holidays, especially around Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.

- Check the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email that was sent with your order.  This will should give you more information as to where your package is located.

If you still feel that there is something wrong with your shipment, send an email to support@dfine8.com and we will help you locate your order.

It has been brought to our attention that United States Postal Service is not scanning some parcels every step of the way, and this is resulting in some parcels appearing as if they haven’t been shipped. Most of the time this isn’t the case - it just means they haven’t scanned the parcel through their other sorting facilities yet.

 

We have had orders showing only an initial scan when picked up from our warehouse, and no tracking updated until on board for delivery.  If your order is still within its delivery transit time according to the tracking estimated delivery day, please don’t panic, it is most likely still on track.

Most times the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email will show an "Estimated Delivery Date".  There are occasionally exceptions that occur such as storms, power outages, and other issues that can postpone a package from being delivered on its estimated date. If you feel that your package has been delayed for too long, send us an email at support@dfine8.com and we will help you figure this out.
